THANK YOU FOR THIS COMIC YO!!! YOU RULE Lol and I love all the butthurt comments saying that this comic is ignorant. EVERY woman has a body shape, however, they may have it more or less. So to say that 'large women have curves' is pretty redundant. Skinny, boy shape (rulers) bodies also have curves, however, they are pretty small. And I love all the people who also say 'both are beautiful. EVERYONE IS BEAUTIFUL'.. yeah, we ain't talkin' about inner beauty and self confidence, we are talking strictly PHYSIQUE y'know? Gets on my nerves... and also beauty is in the eye of the beholder. An example would be my sis and mom. My sis loves petite thin women. Flat abs, hourglass figure but not fat. My mom loves bodies like Marylin's, flat abs, thick legs and big bust and a nice figure. It's just up to the person to feel sorry for themselves or to hold their chin up high and work with what they have.
God damn yes! I hate when they call people "anorexic" just because they're not fat, too. THERE ISN'T ANYTHING IN BETWEEN FAT AND ANOREXIC OR ANYTHING, NOPE. Have these people ever even MET real anorexics? 0:
You wanna know what I find funny? Through out the laaasttt bit of highschool I decided to stick with, there was this normal chunky bitch who claimed I was anorexic :/ And I find it so funny that I have this comic faved because quite frankly, it's true. Every woman has curves, it's a girl's calling card. Problem is there IS going to be a point where you aren't gonna SEE those curves anymore other then the top half or the jelly rolls of fat ladden in the waist. I'm at average at the very least and if that's still considered "Anorexic" then fine, I need help, someone get me two dozen donuts and whatever else is bad for my thighs, ass, and waist. Thank you for being what some would call a "bitch" and spreading something people fear most: The truth and knowledge.
I pretty much agree with this comic. Though people might not see it as you hating the word misused, but as an attack on fat people because they are fat. Or maybe I'm confused and it was an attack? Oh well.
I hate seeing ‘Curvy’ used as a way to describe someone fat in magazines. It’s like: No, they are just fat. I can see those rolls under that shirt. The same thing goes for people talking about my body type. No, I am not curvy- I’M FAT. And just because I’m fat doesn’t mean I lack a body shape. The same goes for thin girls. Just because you’re thin does not automatically mean you’re a pencil. All women have a body shape. Some women are very curvy, others aren’t. Sometimes you’re curvy just on the top or bottom. But curves=/=True woman.
I’m not saying being a bit chunky is bad. Not at all. I’ve seen many celebrities who are toned and bigger, and they look great. Being proud in your body type isn’t bad at all. But if you’re going around saying thinner girls are less of a women, you should be slapped. No one should say someone is less of a person because of how they look.
Anyways, funny comic. I like how as the comic goes along, thing are added into the hair. The powerpuff girl was funny as well.
Of course people will misunderstand. Then again, I put a trollface there, should be a little hint not to take shit on the intranets to heart.))
I'm actually talking out of experience, when I say the fat is covering the waist. Although I'm a S size, the fat I have [like any healthy person] decided to store exactly around my waist, ergo covering it up and making me look like a board with tits.
Ha! well, I agree completely, though could have been said more nicely
There is DEFINATELY a difference between fat and curvy. Curvy i dont mind if i'm in the industrial club and she has on a garter type corset on. Where i draw the line is the girls with upwards of three fat rolls trying to wear the same thing and i want to claw my eyes out.
That said, i have the sympathy for the bigger girls, having once weighed over 30lbs more than i do. Now as a skinnier girl (i think i fall into your skinny to thinner normal range...size 4 junior) I can safely say the same things I did then: showing off your fat rolls is gross. modesty is indeed your best policy.
It's happened, yes. Went something like: Her: God, get your skinny ass out of the way. Me: Excuse me, the doorway is too narrow for you with or without me. Her: Ugh! You know what you're problem is? You're so embarrassed and anorexic that you make fun of other people! Fuck you!
Why is it bad to be skinny or fat? They are both just women's body types. A real woman's figure could look male, or be a bbw and super curvy. This is an ignorant comic in my opinion, and you seem insecure about yourself to backlash so violently against "butthurt fatties."
Also if anyone with more fat than you is telling you that real women have curves, and trying to say you aren't a real women, then they are just as wrong.
ok, you don't have to be a complete bitch, seriously.
If a girl's fat, she knows it and tells herself she's curvy to try and make herself feel better. Which is stupid. If a girl is fat and she doesnt want to be, there are ways to do it. But instead, alot of overweight girls act like they're a victim and like everyone should feel sorry for them for it. Whenever overweight people beg for compliments it really pisses me of. Like when they say, oh i look so FAT in this outfit and they expect you to tell them they dont when they DO and its their own fault.
But if a girl can overcome that and be confident in their body, skinny or not, its an accomplishment. More power to them. But hating on other body types isnt cool, whether youre skinny and feel superior or if youre "curvy" and feel more original.
But seriously, my hate is exactly towards the first type of chicks you described. I wouldn't give two flying decorated shits about body types, if these fatasses didn't feel the need to rip on us lower size women, telling us we're not 'real women' or somehow inferior, because we don't have a certain amount of fat on us.
